Our residents are passionate about learning, passionate about educating and passionate about growing together as physicians. 4 days a week during our formal sign out, a senior resident prepares a mini-lecture with useful pearls to share with those present. This blog is driven by these individuals who voluntary summarize these pearls on a post. After all, not everyone is present for these evening sign outs.
